Not included: domain registration and renewal and email mailboxes / email hosting – these stay with your provider. The Care plan starts when your website goes live, at the latest 30 days after your payment and is cancellable at any time, no minimum term, effective at the end of the current monthly billing period. After it ends, we no longer run the website and it goes offline. You can request your content (texts, images) for up to 30 days afterwards. Your website content belongs to you. The first website draft is free.
