• 4. Pay by card: only after your approval, securely via Stripe.
• 5. Launch: published after confirmed payment and your approval.

Website builder, freelancer, agency or KMUwebsite?

A DIY builder gives you templates; you design, write and maintain the site yourself. Freelancers and agencies build it for you, usually priced by effort or quote. With KMUwebsite the site is created from your answers, you see a preview first and pay a fixed price after approval.

Not included

Domain registration and email mailboxes stay with your current provider. For a .ch domain expect approx. CHF 10–30 per year (guide value, depends on the registrar).

Website builder or provider?

A DIY builder is cheap to start, but you write the texts, choose images and handle the search basics yourself. A provider does that work for you. KMUwebsite sits in between: your site is created automatically from your answers, you review a preview and pay a fixed price only after approval.

How long until my website is online?

The first draft is created automatically after you submit the questionnaire. How quickly the site goes live then depends mostly on you: revision rounds, approval, payment and connecting your domain. We don't promise fixed delivery dates.

Do I need a maintenance plan?

With KMUwebsite, yes: the Care plan (START CHF 19, BUSINESS CHF 39, PREMIUM CHF 69 per month) covers hosting, SSL certificate, technical maintenance, basic monitoring and backups. It starts at publication, at the latest 30 days after payment, and can be cancelled monthly. Without it, the website goes offline.
